Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework of solicitors capable of providing a variety of services in 2 Lots:

Lot 1- Property & Development, which could cover advice in relation to matters such as: •Funding

•Site acquisition and planning

•Contracts and procurement advice

•Contractual delivery vehicles

•Construction

•Acquisition and disposals

•Sales and leases

•Other specialist advice

Lot 2- which could cover advice in relation to service areas such as: •Finance

•Governance

•Corporate

•Housing management Litigation

•General Advice

•Housing and Asset Management Advice including leasehold management and disputes •Procurement

•HR

It is intended to appoint 6 firms to each Lot. Some solicitors could be appointed to both Lots.

The term of the framework will be 4 years from the commencement date. Contracts will be called off the framework as and when required. No guarantee of the volume of work can be given.
