Devon and Cornwall Police wish to appoint a qualified valuer to provide a three yearly asset valuation for all freehold and leasehold assets held on long leases in their ownership. Dorset Police and Wiltshire Police are named users under this contract and therefore may choose to call off any of the services detailed within the contract at any point during the contract term.
