- to allow the works and traffic management costs based on timing of the maintenance of the assets (e.g. geotechnical, drainage, structures) to be specified by the user and included in the overall scheme costs in SWEEP analyses. (2) Develop SWEEP so that it can, not only use pavement condition data from HAPMS, but also allow input of non-pavement information for whole life costs analyses.
