Kent Fire and Rescue Service is embarking on a brand refresh for 2020 and is seeking a supplier to support the development of a brand style guide and tone of voice. The supplier will be excepted to engage with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally to establish customer insight to create a brand personality that will lead to a more relevant customer inclusive story and strapline.
