Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services at the Grange Family Health Centre, Rectory Road Medical Centre and Inkersall Family Health Centre (Chesterfield, Inkersall and Staveley)

Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner and through a learning environment which includes the training of doctors and other healthcare professionals.

A Part B procurement process was undertaken with services commencing from 1st October 2016 for a period of 15 years with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years.

The Commissioners sort a provider to deliver high quality, patient centred and value for money (VFM) Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner and through a learning environment which includes the training of doctors and other healthcare professionals

The Services was required to meet the following needs:

• i.GP led primary medical care services to patients residing in the Practice Registration Area and Outer Boundary Area, and/ or patients registered with the practice as temporary patients
