TD1375 - Direct Payment Support Service

The Authority is seeking a provider to deliver the following Service Offer with the Council's expectations detailed in the relevant Schedules of the Specification in this tender:

• Schedule A - Third Party Account Management
• Schedule B - Direct Payment (DP) Payroll
• Schedule C - Personal Assistant (PA) Recruitment and Employment
• Schedule D - Third Party Brokerage.

The contract is to monitor and quality assure the Service Offer detailed at Schedules A, B, C and D

The contract is due to commence on 01 November 2018 for period of two years with an option to extend for a further one year extension.

The value of the contract is 70,000GBP per annum. Maximum Contract value is therefore 210,000 GBP
