description
- This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) to procure the provision of Hummersknott Academy Swimming Pool Refurbishment and Maintenance for a total contract period of three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) twelve (12) month periods via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. This contract will commence 28th July 2025 until 27th July 2028, with an ultimate end date of 27th July 2030 if extensions are taken.
- Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is a Multi Academy Trust consisting of 22 schools which is a mix of primary and secondary. The aim of Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is to give children and young people from all backgrounds an outstanding education. In doing so, they will acquire the values, skills, knowledge and understanding to prepare them for success both in the classroom and beyond.
- As a not-for-profit Multi Academy Trust consisting of a mix of primary and secondary academies. Advance Learning Partnership was established in 2017 and has grown to its current position spanning County Durham and Darlington, with many of our schools serving areas of high deprivation.
- All academies within our Trust collaborate as a 'family of schools'. The Trust is not a separate body or group of people, but rather one single organisation made up of all our academies with one single vision and shared set of values.
- We work together to ensure that all children, irrespective of their starting point, receive an excellent education. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of the children in our care, including those who are most vulnerable or challenging. These groups of students are a major priority, and we work closely with parents/carers in helping to raise their child's self-esteem, resilience and subsequent achievement and attainment.
