This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to engage with the market only, in preparation for a potential procurement process being undertaken late May 2024.

The scope of the procurement is to provide Grade II Listed bespoke windows and doors replacement programme to a property based in Bradford, West Yorkshire on or around Aug 2024.

These services may include but are not limited to:

Planning Permission for Listing Buildings Consent

Listed Building Consent.

Design, build, installation of Window/Door replacement programme with complete compliance to Grade II listing requirements.

Please express your interest by no later than 27th March 2024.

Accent reserves the right to choose and change its procurement route to market following its engagement consultation.
