This framework is for the servicing, testing and repair of approximately 161 hearing and magnifying appliances across 43 properties.

The main types of appliances to be covered by this framework are hearing aid induction loops, magnifiers and radio microphones.

This framework is for service only. The Contractor shall not undertake any chargeable remedial works during the servicing of the equipment or during a call out visit without Budget Holder approval.

In addition to the planned service visits, the Contractor is required to provide a breakdown call-out service during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm), to be attended within 24 hours of the call being placed.

Please note this is a Single Supplier Framework.
