description

The HV/LV EDS works are required to upgrade the existing HV/LV EDS system at DM Glen Douglas due to it being beyond economical repair. These works are required to ensure that DM Glen Douglas site can continue to provide storage, maintenance and supply of Tri-Service conventional munitions, mainly to the Royal Navy and RAF.

Additional works are also required to refurbish the existing depot street lighting and other such associated work, all as more particularly described in the WISI, at Glen Douglas for the purpose of delivering suitable and compliant infrastructure to support and facilitate the DE&S existing defence capability.
