Summary of Requirements:
The CoLP currently have 10,000 boxes of archived material which need to be stored/destroyed off site.
- Secure (ISO standard) storage for all police archived records
- Same day secure delivery and collection upon request
- Clear Procedure for COLP staff to visit all co-ordinated through the COLP Records Management Team
- Secure destruction of archives including media.
- Secure climate-controlled storage for media .
- Scanning service on demand a benefit
