Highways England is looking to procure technical consultancy services to support the continued improvement of Roadside Communications as a key driver of customer satisfaction. RIS2 sets out government's vision for a safer, more reliable, and greener SRN which uses new technology to support the country's economy and is an integrated part of the national transport networks. To support this vision, the aim of this project is to deploy portable technology within roadworks to provide better information for our customers, and to test the impacts of this technology and new message signs on customers
