DIS Fraud Case Management

A new case management system solution is required which should be a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) package, which will need to be configured rather than customisedto to include the following key functions:

Case Management

Secure capture and access to data

Evidence storage

Managing the variety of case documentation

Intelligence functions

Producing Management Information / Mining of the information / Search capability

Create case packages

Secure and smooth transfer of documents to CPS, Procurator Fiscal, etc

Compatibility and/or linkage with other systems

Meet the required security levels with regard to access, records of use etc. Meet DPA standards and allow retrieval on FOI requests It should be as intuitive as possible to ensure maximum usage by team members

The solution will provide DIS with more robust processes for managing their activities and provide additional controls The system will need to be secure and support access for up to 23 DIS team members at a time.
