Swindon Carriageway Resurfacing / Structural Patching

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of resurfacing/structural patching of sections of roads in Swindon which have been identified as in need of essential highway maintenance as detailed in the specification and drawings (including the provision of all traffic management to complete the works).

Two packages of works are proposed to be delivered within one contract package. The patching/resurfacing works (and associated pre-works) for the combined package will include (where necessary):

Contract Period

The initial contract term will be for 12 weeks as stated in the ITT documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract by Friday 13th August 2021, 1200 hrs noon UK Local time.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications.
