Crown Commercial Service as the Authority has put in place a pan government Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies and Local Authorities, and other permitted organisations, provided by a number of Suppliers.

The Services within the scope of this Framework Agreement have been divided into 12 Lots.

This procurement relates to Apprenticeships and Training - Educational services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 as a specific service.

The procurement was being conducted under the Light Touch Regime ('LTR') therefore subject to limited regulation and was conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 PCR 2015.

Additional information: The following information has been captured in accordance with Regulation 50 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015:

The Authority received a total of 190 tenders in response to this Procurement and all tenders were received electronically via the Authority's e-Sourcing Suite.

The Authority received 73 tenders from economic operators which are micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The Authority did not receive tenders from non-EU States.

This Framework Agreement commenced on 12/09/2017 for an Initial Period of 1 year and will conclude on 11/09/2018 with an option to extend for up to 2 further periods of 12 consecutive months at the Authority's discretion up to a total duration of 36 months.
