The Contracting Authority (NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a compliant Call-Off Contract to Granicus-Firmstep Limited (for provision of ICS website hosting Engagement platform (Virtual Views) under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules. The scope of this service includes a community and engagement platform, where local residents can share their views, experiences and ideas, and they can provide feedback about local NHS health and care services.
