GB-Birmingham: Boxing Equipment Package

The Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd (OC) is looking for a supplier(s) for the provision of the Boxing Equipment Package. The OC requires an International Federation certified and experienced organisation to provide the Boxing Package in support of the Commonwealth Games in 2022.

At a high level, the Scope of Goods and Services is for the supply of Goods, through a combination of hire/purchase and/or purchase only solutions, along with the provision of associated Services which includes the planning, delivery, installation, maintenance and removal of the Boxing Equipment, in relation to the provision of Boxing Equipment for Training and Competition at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

The Goods and Services related to the procurement of 'Boxing Equipment' are split into 3 lots:

•Lot 1A - Hire and / or a Purchase of Boxing Rings and Training equipment, and the provision of associated Services

•Lot 1B - Purchase of Boxing Specific Equipment, and the provision of associated services

•Lot 2 - Hire and / or Purchase of Boxing Rings and Training equipment and the Purchase of Boxing specific equipment with the provision of associated services.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
