The Royal College of General Practitioners is looking to replace its existing Membership CRM platform with a Cloud based Association Management System. This will enable the College to provide an improved membership experience, allowing all business users to have a single customer view, effectively manage its core internal processes and improve the efficiency and overall provision of business support.
