description
The Laboratory of Molecular Biology has a requirement to quantitatively image single molecules at very high speed. In order to meet this requirement they require an advanced TIRF microscope capable of providing 3 or 4 channel imaging. In addition, to allow for future upgrade toward a spinning disk confocal solution, the successful system will enable spinning disk/FRAP applications.
