Stratford-on-Avon District Council (as the Local Planning Authority), Warwickshire County Council (as the Local Highway Authority) and Homes England (as the Government's housing accelerator and Garden Village programme lead) wish to commission a suitably qualified and experienced independent consultant to undertake an analysis and assessment of a range of sustainable transport options (including minimising the need to travel) to support the delivery of Long Marston Airfield Garden Village.
