Sefton Council wishes to set up a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the provision of Care at Home Services.
This PDPS is initially being established for the following lot listed below under the title Initial Lots. It is the Council’s intention to establish additional lots during the lifetime of the PDPS. The potential lots are also listed below (no timeframes for the potential lots have been determined):
Initial Lots

| a) | Tier 1 contracts for specific localities will be awarded to successful bidders. These contracts will be for a period of three years. However, the Council, at its sole discretion, may extend the period for up to two years (either in a single extension, annual (12 month) extensions or separate extensions for periods that in total amount to a maximum two-year extension period from the expiry of the initial three-year contract period). |
