The Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of up to 55 Properties in various locations. As part of this programme, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake the installation Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) heating and domestic water systems. The Contract is to be undertaken on a “Supply and Install” basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
