Approved Supplier Database for Roof & Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the University of Nottingham Estate - AWARD

The UoN is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The University is creating and Approved Supplier Database (ASD) for the Roof & Gutter Cleaning Maintenance Services across the University Estate.

Your organisation has been identified as a potential supplier of these services and you are invited to participate in this tender opportunity with a view to be added on to the ASD.

Cleaning Services to include but not limited to:

• oClean out all gutters, outlets, downpipes, gulley's and flat roof areas
• oRemove debris & detritus including all plant growth, moss, lichen etc
• oEnsure roof is left in good condition and ensure any solar reflective finishes remain intact and clean
• oAll waste material is to be lowered to the ground and taken away from site and disposed of in a sustainable manor Maintenance Services to include but not limited to:
• oObserve condition of the roof while on site
• oRectify and carry out light maintenance works up to a value of ?500 at time of cleaning
• oReport any observed defects to the UoN Contract Manager

Works will be ordered through the University Contractor Portal system currently Concept, then will move to Planon from May 2024 (approx.)

A minimum of three highest scoring suppliers will be approved and added on the Approved Supplier Database for the Roof & Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance Services and allocated a programme of buildings to clean and maintain at the prices quoted in the Commercial Response document.
