Adult Skills and Community Learning Service of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council require to introduce a learner progress tracking solution across the curriculum delivery; the objectives of this are:
| a) | to allow tutors and managers access to qualitative data that will provide information based on learner progress, intended pathways and where additional support is needed |
| b) | to ensure that data can be produced by tutors and managers in timescales expected by council management and external teaching assessment organisations i.e. OFSTED |
| c) | to provide a platform that promotes collaborative learning between subject tutors and learners and provision of fundamental subject material |
