Provision of CPO, land acquisition and referencing services to facilitate the construction of the Blyth Relief Road highway interventions. The specific objectives are:
- Undertake land referencing of all identified land plots, and provide a CPO compliant schedule(s) and plan(s),
- Support the application for compulsory purchase,
- Negotiate with landowners and tenants for the acquisition of any land (incl. licenses),
- Provide Red Book valuations for acquisitions and licenses,
- Negotiate compensation for affected occupiers,
- General professional support to the project team to deliver a successful project, and
- Land referencing services.
