Cafe Franchise Opportunity at The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre

Northumberland National Park Authority are inviting Expressions of Interest in relation to the café franchise opportunity at The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre.

The Once Brewed Café and Bakehouse is an integral part of The Sill's award-winning visitor experience. The 90-seater café, situated on the first floor of The Sill, enjoys unrivalled views of Northumberland National Park and the Hadrian's Wall UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Once Brewed Café and Bakehouse is currently a hub for a range of visitors, including tourists, families, and businesses. It is a popular destination for anyone visiting the local area, whether for recreation such as walking the Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail, or as a place to hold informal meetings. The Sill's fast broadband and public Wi-Fi are available throughout the café.

The prospective new provider will share Northumberland National Park's ethos of healthy eating, with fresh, local, organic produce on offer where possible and The Sill will welcome new and creative ideas to engage customers with the region and landscape through food and events.

The space can be used as a wet weather facility for activities including Dark Skies events, corporate away days, community gatherings and special occasions.
