To review and assess the integration of both capital and revenue aspects of the Aura project.
Key tasks include:
- a)An inventory and assessment of the physical assets of the project and their utilisation in the delivery of low carbon innovation support
- b)An analysis of the needs of project beneficiaries and of the support consequently delivered
- c)An evaluation of the academic and technical expertise and resources deployed in the delivery of innovation support to beneficiaries
- d)The development of a structured interview framework individually tailored to beneficiaries, project management and delivery personnel and key stakeholders
- e)A forensic assessment of project financial performance together with an assessment of value for money against output delivery and impact targets.
