Highways England is seeking the provision of services to undertake research into improving design requirements for Walking, Cycling and Horse-Riding (WCH) and Motorcyclists. This task will build upon the recent Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) update and look to provide an evidence base for additional design requirements and recommendations for these user groups.
