Suffolk and Essex County Councils wish to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake a two stage research and development project to investigate the feasibility of integrating transport services provided by public sector commissioning bodies, leading to the development of a prototype integrated transport solution based on the principles of “total transport” . This project is funded from a successful grant application to the Department for Transport’s Total Transport Pilot Fund.
