Eastlands II is one of the older buildings in Basingstoke Town Centre being grade II listed and is an attractive Georgian building with a featured entrance point, sash windows and a pitched slate roof. Individual rooms are arranged over ground and first floors as offices and meeting rooms, with some ancillary space in the basement area. \

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the refurbishment and to be the Principal Contractor for all other sub-contractors and specialists required.\
The Scope of works include: \
• Replacement of the existing Gas Boiler \
• Replacement LED Lighting \
• Replacement Flooring \
• Replacement Fire alarm system. \
• Internal Redecoration \
