Support for Commercial Investment into Net Zero

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) ('the contracting authority') as accountable body for the NEY Net Zero Hub is seeking the services of a consultant to support the Hub with implementing recommendations of a study which reviewed how the Hub can best provide targeted support to help leverage commercial investment into net zero projects by providing the following technical support services:

• A critical friend review of existing tools and processes developed by the Hub and used by the Hub's regional project managers, offering advice to strengthen them as tools for developing net zero projects with potential for commercial investment.
• Scoping a framework/process that can be embedded in Hub reporting to enable gate stage review of progress in project development.
• Developing and delivering a short pilot programme of upskilling to members of the Hub team and identified partners around existing and potentially novel commercial investment models. Provide recommendations for longer-term training requirements/opportunities.
