description
This requirement is a call-off contract using the UK Leisure Framework https://leisureframework.co.uk/ which is a specialist procurement framework supporting leisure centre building.
The contract delivers the Carlton Active pre-construction phase (RIBA Stage 2) and will develop the concept design and establish the detailed feasibility for the redevelopment of the Richard Herrod Centre into a new Leisure, Wellbeing and Community Centre. This stage will define the project brief, confirm the facility mix, undertake technical site surveys, develop outline designs, and prepare the initial cost plan. It will also include early engagement with planning, environmental, and accessibility requirements to inform the concept and secure a clear, deliverable design and budget position for progression to RIBA Stage 3.

A Stage Report Pack including:
