To provide reports to enable a leisure led development of The Peninsula in Weymouth. This will require investment to finalise the viability and development issues, and will include:
- Commission scheme concept and visuals for discussion with planners and occupiers
- Engagement with potential occupiers
- Pre-application planning submission
- Services and ground condition surveys
- Engagement with the Environment Agency
- Transport study
- Update of the financial viability analysis including production of a cost
