description
Enabling Environment (EE) principles are a core part of Approved Premises practice. They have been in place in since 2014, and have become the cornerstone of performance measurement and governance. This need has also been captured in the IAP contracts. As such they both inform front line delivery and provide an internal performance benchmark.
The EE standards are now the agreed parameters for effective practice performance delivery throughout the Approved and Independent Approved Premises (IAP). They underpin staff engagement, environmental construction and offender relationships.
