WLEP Event Management

Worcestershire County Council, on behalf of Worcestershire LEP, wishes to appoint an event management team (or teams) to work with a good level of independence, but with the support of the LEP Executive Team (particularly the Chief Executive and PR & Marketing team) to organise, run and attend the following events;

Annual Conference - Booked for Thursday 14th November 2019 at the West Midland Safari Park

Apprenticeships Awards - TBC

Local Industry Strategy Workshops - TBC

Suppliers may bid to deliver 1, 2 or all 3 events.

As part of the event management process, the event management team are expected to help to shape event agendas, create sponsorship opportunities, ensure sponsorship packages are met fully, liaise with hosts and speakers where relevant and to manage the proceedings on stage to ensure a high quality event for attendees.
