Theale ASD/SEMH Secondary Provision Project - AWARD

*This is the pre-qualification stage of a 2 stage tender process*

West Berkshire Council are looking to procure the main contractor for the provision of a new ASD/SEMH secondary school facility.

Works comprise the following:

Section One: New DT & Horticultural Block together with garden area

Section Two: Refurbishment of the existing School and associated external works

Section Three: Refurbishment of the existing School House and associated external works

Section Four: Demolition of the existing Temporary Building A and associated external works

Section Five: Resurfacing of the existing access road and footpath

Location: Former Theale Primary School, Church Street, Theale, Berkshire, RG7 5BZ

Bidders must ONLY complete the SQPAS91 Document for this first stage. Bidders who are successful at pre-qualification stage will be invited to tender for the contract.
