Once potential providers have registered and expressed interest, the pre-qualification questionnaire and relevant lot questionnaires MUST be completed if you wish to be considered for any future tender opportunities.

Public Power Solutions (PPS) is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System for a period of four years and is inviting bidders to request to participate for a wide range of services/solutions/commercial arrangements relating to energy projects.

The DPS will include: Engineering, Procurement and Construction; Independent Connection Provider; Operations and Maintenance; Legal Services; Financial Platform; Technical Adviser; Power Purchase Agreement Provider and Aggregators (Suppliers can apply for one or multiple LOTS).

The place of performance could be anywhere in the EU. EU funded projects can be procured through the DPS. The DPS will be open to PPS/all Local Authorities/other contracting authorities located in the UK. PPS/any contracting authority shall have the right to award a call-off contract according to the terms of the DPS Agreement. PPS reserves the right to reduce/extend/terminate the DPS in accordance with the DPS agreement.
