description
Estate Management Services (EMS) is a multi-Lot Framework Agreement available for use by UK public sector bodies and future successor organisations, which includes Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, the wider public sector and third sector including, but not limited to, local government, health, education, police, fire and rescue, housing associations and charities. This Framework Agreement replaces the Estate Professional Services Framework (RM3816). Services will be delivered primarily within the United Kingdom, with some limited requirements overseas.
Additional information: This framework was put in place with an initial duration of 36 months plus an optional extension period of 12 months. Please note that the 12 month extension have been utilised and the end date of this framework is confirmed as being 26/01/2026.
Please be aware that RM6168 Estate Management Services Lot 1 has been extended up to 26/04/2026. There was a need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
A number of key organisations requested the extension to complete their call-offs. There is no inconvenience, as all Suppliers have agreed to the extension. There has not been any value uplift.
