Chorley & South Ribble Borough Council have awarded this contract via the NHS SBS Framework - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 (SBS10510).
This service provides an end-to-end managed service for the entire backup solution including:
- High Priority Incident Management
- Transition period between service inception and go live
- Provide day to day (BAU) monitoring of customers backup solution
- Provide a co-operate BAU change control for the client's backup solution
- Provide timely and accurate updates and resolutions to issues arising with the customer's backups
- Complete daily backup administration tasks
- Verify restore procedures are working and data is viable for emergency recovery
- Provide capacity management and advice to the customer to ensure all important data is backed up.
- Maintain and provide documentation control of relevant backup solution documentation
