The provision aims to assist ESA – JSA transition customers and ESA WRAG customers, who would benefit from motivational and practical support to facilitate and expedite progression towards the labour market through a bespoke programme of support.
The provision will comprise of a six week CV writing, digitisation and employability skills programme, comprising one-to-one sessions and group sessions/workshops as appropriate.
Each six week course will comprise a minimum of 5 hours per week (excluding breaks), with the structure of support being determined via initial assessment.
The provision will be delivered in three Contract Package Areas (CPAs), namely:
CPA1 – Ceredigion/Pembrokeshire/Carmarthen;
CPA2 – Neath/Port Talbot/Bridgend/Maesteg;
CPA3 – Rhondda Cynon Taff
