Make active travel a natural and popular choice for local and short distance trips and deliver a 20% uplift in walking and a 50% uplift in cycling between Steeton and Silsden within 5 years of the scheme opening.
Improve the perception of safety for cyclists and pedestrians traveling between Steeton and Silsden
Enhance air quality and contribute to decarbonisation through a mode shift to active travel
