The Council wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the provision of servicing, maintenance and refurbishment services to passenger lifts within the Council’s housing stock with the option to include corporate buildings. The council have approximately 50 lifts within its housing stock and 14 lifts within corporate buildings.
