Radioactive Waste Management (RWM) - Facilities Management Services Contract (RM3830 - Sub-lot 1A)

Notice Updated 14/04/2022 due to contract variation as follows:

Reason for Contract Variation:

1. The Authority has taken ownership of building 150, Thompson Avenue, Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Didcot, OX11 0GD and the Authority requires Facility Management (FM) for this building in addition to the FM services currently being provided at building 329.

2. The Authority also requires Inclusive Repair Threshold (IRT) to be undertaken in building 329 and building 150.

Part A- Order Form Template of Attachment 4 Order Form and Call Off Schedules is amended as follows: a) 'Date Call-Off Initial Period Ends: 31st March 2025' is deleted and replaced with the following 'Date Call-Off Initial Period Ends: 30th November 2023.' b) 'Call-Off Initial period: 66 months' is deleted and replaced with 'Call-Off Initial period: 44 months' c) Under 'Inclusive Repair Threshold' the words 'not applicable' is deleted and the following wording included 'The value of Inclusive Repair Threshold (IRT) not requiring approval from the Buyer is:

Original Contract Value: £1,700,630.00

Additional cost due to

£219,534.20

New Contract value: £1,920,164.20
