The University of Sheffield is not classified as a public body within the meaning of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Directive 2014/24/EU) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

The University is looking to replace it's Access Control Systems in it's Library spaces.
