GB-Colchester: Creative Workplace Feasibility

The Council wishes to commission a Consultant to undertake an extensive feasibility study looking at the potential and options for development of further creative workspace, examining 2 possible locations in the town centre and North Colchester. The commission will be broken down into three for phases. The success of each Phase will contribute to the Council's decision process to undertake subsequent Phases with the Consultant. The Council does not guarantee that subsequent phases will be funded but, subject to satisfactory performance and/or the agreement of both parties, intends to retain the option to use the same Consultant without a further procurement process.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest close at 17:00 on Friday 8th September 2017. Tenders must be submitted via the delta e-sourcing portal by 12:00 (noon) on Monday 11th September 2017.
