WSCC - DR - Highways Client Support Services Framework Agreement - AWARD

A Framework Agreement for the provision of Highways Client Support Services, as further described in Schedule No.3 (The Scope) is being tendered by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).

The disciplines within that range required for this Procurement are as follows:

• oCost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services
• oCost estimating and cash flow forecasting
• oBenchmarking
• oValue Engineering
• oRisk management
• oProcurement Support
• oProject management and Construction Supervision
• oWork delivery and non-performance audits
• oPlanning Support (Optional)

Project/ Scheme work these are dealing with are comprising, but not be limited to:

• oAccident Investigation and Prevention and Route Safety Schemes?
• oCycling infrastructure, including route assessments, design and facility improvement schemes
• oSafer Routes to School (SRtS) and School Safety Zones (SSZ) schemes, including footway improvements and crossing facilities
• oHighway Improvement schemes, including junction improvements,
• oPublic Transport Improvements and public realm schemes
• oStrategic Transport Schemes - large Bypass schemes etc.
• oTraffic Engineering schemes, including 20mph Zones, Traffic Calming and Town/Village Centre Enhancements
• oTraffic Signals Schemes
• oCarriageway Structural Maintenance, including carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing and drainage improvements
• oHighway Bridges and Structures, maintenance and schemes
• oTown centre redevelopment schemes
• oTraffic Sign Signals schemes
• oCarriageway Structural Maintenance, including carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing and drainage improvement

Services will be undertaken within the administrative boundaries of West Sussex County Council which is one of the existing SE7 Alliance members, but it may extend into other parts of the SE7 Member group boundaries, if they choose to use the Framework, however they will be allowed to join the Framework on a first come basis, up to the point of the maximum value on the Find a Tender notice.
