The University requires appropriate management of the alumni records, potential and existing funder data and other individuals and organisations that the University has a business or funding relationship with. A key driver for this project is to provide a solution that will enable the University to significantly increase income, The project will support the improvement of key business processes and long term efficiencies. The key objective of this tender is to procure a solution to implement a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to support the effective management of the Newcastle University Advancement Data Management.
