Provision of Electoral Management System to:
| • | To uphold and maintain the functionality of what the current EMS can do, to achieve the ERO and RO standards set by legislation and the Electoral Commission. |
| • | Enable the team to work with mapping functionality to make polling district reviews and boundary changes a lot more efficient by end of March 2022. |
| • | A supplier that has the ability to be cloud-hosted now or in the future. |
| • | A better postal vote scanning software package that doesn't rely on Kofax or any other subsidiary software package that needs specialist attention from our IT department. |
| • | To have a canvassing application for digital door knocking. |
| • | To have new and innovative ways to bring about efficiencies within the elections team during election timetables or annual registration activities. |
