Norwich City Council has embarked on an ambitious programme of housing development on land in its ownership. The Council intends to develop over 1300 new homes for private rent (market rent) and for sale on the open market, as well as affordable housing to comply with planning policy. The main objective is to generate revenue income to the council’s general fund to support its core services.
The overall requirement is for financial, legal and property advice on the establishment of housing company - Norwich.
