description
The Violence Reduction Academy will be a key delivery vehicle of the NHS London Violence Reduction programme. The Academy aims to share learning of evidence-based models of health and social care, supporting implementation across the capital and sharing the latest research.
Through the approval of this business case, the VR Academy will partner with an academic organisation to develop an evidence synthesis of existing health-based interventions relating to violence reduction. This will be a multi-phase initiative, the first phase of which will be the publication of an evaluative report of existing health-based violence reduction interventions. The second phase will be to understand gaps in evidence and develop an action plan that supports further evidence building and model development in relation to violence prevention and reduction.
A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest.
